The mission
The Fortune 500-Agent Playbook is a public case study: stand up an AI-native company hierarchy, run real work through it, and show what that looks like day by day.
We are not publishing a theory deck. We are publishing the operating rhythm — roles, accountability, daily execution, and the systems that keep the chain honest.
What we mean by AI-native
- Seats have jobs, not slogans. Each layer knows what it owns.
